The Necessity

The ICYF, since its establishment, aims to provide platform for Muslim Youth in every field. The concept of ‘’Training Young Muslim Chefs on Turkish Cuisine’’ in cooperation with Ministry of Youth and Sports of Turkey is going to be new initiate and new area to extend its reach in Muslim Youth. It also underlines the great significance of Halal Food and Halal Concept within the young chefs.

Objectives

Create a platform to teach specific techniques of Turkish Chefs to young chefs and university students which are interested in the field of Gastronomy from OIC Member States.

To increase the popularity of Turkish Cuisine with the touches of young Muslim chefs from OIC Member States.

To increase awarness on Halal Food and Halal Concept in Muslim Youth.

Expected Outcomes

The training is aiming to achieve create a network among young chefs and experts. Also, spreading the popularity of Turkish Cuisine in OIC Member States and increasing the diversity of the culture.
