The programme is a two (2) days event as a side event to ‘’OIC Youth Day’’. The showcase is targeting to bring around 50 young chefs and Gastronomy students from OIC Member States to how to cook the Turkish Cuisine with the training of master chefs. At the end of the training, the participants will attend the gastronomy tour in Istanbul on 4th September 2019.
Selected participants will be trained on different fields by ICYF and Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey for two (2) years in 3 months of periods. The trainers will be consisting of Master Turkish Chefs of their fields.
The project aims to gather young chefs from OIC Member States and create platform for them to show their capabilities, and learn about regional Turkish cuisines and increase the fame of the Turkish cuisine in OIC Geography.
